Numerical Riddle: Find the Missing Number in the Table

Look at the table and find the connection between the numbers.

WThe numbers in the table are related as follows;
[Backwards of (7 x 3)], [whole number quotient of (7/3)]
So that is = 12, 2 = 122
Similarly for other rows in the table;
[Backwards of (8 x 5)], [whole number quotient of (8/5)] = 042;
[Backwards of (9 x 7)], [whole number quotient of (9/7)] = 361;
Therefore to find the missing number;
[Backwards of (20 x 10)], [whole number quotient of (20/10)]
Which is = 002, 2

So answer = 0022
