The number in the 3rd column is the sum of the addition and multiplication of the numbers in 1st and 2nd column.
So we can check the numbers as;
(5 + 2) + ( 5 x 2) = 7 + 10 = 17
(7 + 3) + (7 x 3) = 10 + 21 = 31
(3 + 4) + (3 x 4) = 7 + 12 = 19
(4 + 8) + (4 x 8) = 12 + 32 = 44
So we can find the missing number as;
(11 + 12) + (11 x 12) = 155
Answer = 155
