You have to find the connection between these numbers and then find the missing number.

If you watch the tables closely you will find the connection between the numbers;
[(2nd row) / (3rd row)]/2 = 1st row
So in the first box;
(90/15)/2 = 6/2 = 3
Similarly in the second box;
(68/17)/2 = 4/2 = 2
So we can find the missing number as;
(76/19)/2 = 4/2 = 2
Answer = 2
