The numbers on the right hand side of the circle are actually double the number that are placed diagonally opposite on the left hand side.
Example:
The number diagonally opposite to 2 is 4 and 3 is 9.
So since the missing number is on the left hand side and the number diagonally opposite to it is 2 the answer will be half of 2.
Therefore;
Answer = 1

Take no.2 at the top, go clockwise and skip one section, find 2 power 2 =4
Take no.3, go clockwise found no.2, 3 power 2 =9
Last, take no.2 on the right handside, skip 1 section,found number 3, 2 power 3 =8 (this is the missing number)
But Half of the 9 is not 3, so How can this Logic is true it should be square root of 2.
The best answer is 2 since then no matter how you divide the circle it will always be split into 13 and 9…
