((1001)^2-(999)^2)^2

Since we know
((a^2)-(b^2))=(a+b)*(a-b)

So, here a=1001 & b=999

((1001)^2 – (999)^2)^2

=((1001+999)*(1001-999))^2

=(2000*2 )^2

=(4000)^2

=(4 x 10^3)^2

=16*(10^6).

So, D is the right answer
