The start of the riddle says “When I was 4 years old my sister was half my age”
So the sister’s age is 2 years, so there’s a difference of 2 years between the siblings.
So when I am 100 years old sister will be 98 years old.

The answer is wrong. It could be 98, but based on the information in the question, it could just as easily be 97 or 99.
The sister’s age is 98 when her brother’s age is 100
