Harvey had contestants holding their breath and Miss Colombia in floods of tears after announcing her as the winner, only to realize he had crowned the wrong woman Miss Universe 2015.
Flowers, sash and crown were hurriedly snatched back and handed to the actual winner, Miss Philippines, sending the world into a frenzy over the blunder.
