Ever wondered what would happen if your iPhone drops in the ocean?

No need to try it.

Here is Gregory Papadin’s iPhone story.

Gregory Papadin was vacationing in Menorca, Spain, when his iPhone went for a little swim. The captain of his boat retrieved the phone and he discovered it recorded the entire two-minute drop to the bottom of the ocean floor.

Here’s the story from him;

“My brother tried throwing my phone to me in the ocean, it ended up going straight under water and sank to bottom of the ocean floor. Luckily, it ended with the camera up and recorded the whole thing. The underwater pressure was too much for both my brother and I to swim and get it, but the owner of the boat we rented was able to reduce the pressure using a special breathing method meant for diving (equalization). He was able to retrieve it, and my phone managed to survive the whole ordeal!”

Phone dropped on ocean floor, recovered and it records the whole thing!
