The answer to this riddle probably can be answered only by the person who clicked it.
But if you consider standard practices, you always walk a horse from his left. So using that logic, they are coming.
Any other logic can be defied as it would be possible either ways.
The shadow is the most common answer but is definitely not something that can be used as conclusive evidence to prove they are going or coming as the shadow is decided by the direction of the light source.
The leg angles is the second most popular answer on the WhatsApp groups but then you you consider the other way it would be true as well.
