Logical Riddle: Which Is The Good Guy?

You meet 2 strangers.
One of them is a good guy who always tells the truth and the other is the bad guy who always lies.
You don’t know who is who.
So to find out you ask the first guy, “Are you the one who always speaks truth?”
The guy mumbles an answer but is inaudible.
The second guy says, “He said yes, but he is a liar”.
Which is the good guy?

Consider the second guy to be the bad guy.
In which case he would always lie.
Let’s analyse his statement “He said yes, but he is a liar”.
The first part says that the first guy is the good guy but in the second part of the statement he contradicts himself by saying he is the lair.
So the second guy has to be the good guy, in which case both the parts of the statement, would be true.
